You probably have a lot of questions about your website: Is it too slow? Does it follow best practices? Is it optimized for search engines? Is the navigation clear enough? Are we losing users because the interface isn't intuitive enough? Do visitors find what they're looking for? Why is the conversion rate so low? Is a redesign necessary?

That's exactly why I created the 360 audit: a complete evaluation of your site from multiple angles, both technical and human.

This isn't just an automated evaluation—I don't simply send you an Excel file compiled by a tool. Each audit is done with care. While I use automated tools for certain tasks, you get the perspective, analysis, and recommendations of an expert with over 15 years of experience.

I use my experience to prioritize recommendations based on real impact and provide you with a clear roadmap.

Looking forward to working with you,

Benoit ✌️

What we do

We'll conduct a complete analysis of your website to identify what can be improved and provide recommendations.

Discovery and preparation

First, let's get acquainted.

  • Kick-off meeting. In an initial session, we review your site and objectives with you. The goal is to understand your business, your site, and what you're looking to improve or better understand.
  • Telemetry. We set up a heatmap system to visualize how visitors use your site. Additionally, a visit statistics collection tool will be implemented if not already in place to get an idea of the main navigation paths. If you already have such systems in place, we can obviously use them.

Speed and load time analysis

Through several tests, we'll analyze site load times in different contexts:

  • Multiple connection types (cellular, wifi, etc.)
  • Mobile vs. desktop
  • Different world regions (if applicable)

From these tests, we can identify bottlenecks and propose improvement paths specific to your situation.

Navigability and indexation audit (SEO)

We continue the analysis by checking how easily robots can navigate your site, and consequently, the humans who use it!

We check for errors, structure problems, and keyword issues. In short, all relevant SEO signals are analyzed.

Note that this is not specifically an SEO audit, but we address most of the signals that can affect search engine rankings.

User experience quality evaluation

Humans use your site, so beyond purely technical aspects, we analyze the quality of the experience your site offers and possible improvements. For example:

  • Important journeys. Whatever the important journey(s) are (e.g., purchase, fill out a form), careful attention will be paid to these paths.
  • Best practices compliance. We'll pay attention to best practices in readability, content hierarchy, navigation, state management (loading/error/empty), and mobile (e.g., touch targets).
  • Basic accessibility. The evaluation is not meant to be an in-depth accessibility assessment, but we will evaluate basic elements such as contrasts, media alternatives, and font sizes.
  • Statistics analysis and heatmap interpretation. At the start of the engagement, a heatmap system will have been set up. We'll use the data collection to provide recommendations.

Compliance verification

Cookie banners, visitor analytics tracking, privacy—the rules are changing for web compliance. We make sure your site meets expectations.

What you get

You get a summary report plus a technical file, a prioritization list, and a roadmap.

Summary report

A simple report with examples presenting the various issues and possible improvements on the site. We hate shelf reports, so we try to keep it simple and actionable!

Technical file

A developer-focused file so your developer(s) can work efficiently to fix problems! For example, an Excel export of your site's navigation by a robot detailing error codes and missing tags. This file could also contain the list of images that are too heavy on the site, for example.

Prioritization and roadmap

We'll suggest priorities for the various fixes and an implementation order.
